I have already sent pictures. I do not know what rocks I have received and according to my app that recognises rocks/crystals, the orange rocks in both bags is himalayan salt! I am unhappy with the purchase and I'm not sure what I've been sent! Certainly not a "rare" crystal. There are no cards to identify what they are. I would like a refund and am happy to return them.

There is no information card and the crystals look like everyday rocks from the garden. I have no idea what I received in the mystery box. I’ve purchased many crystals from Mindful souls and I’ve always been happy but this time I feel I was scammed and very disappointed
I absolutely love my 3rd rarest crystal in the world!!! It’s raw and much bigger than I expected. I also love the 2 raw crystals that came with it, but there was no info card with the delivery, so I don’t know what I’ve received 🫣 I do know that they feel very powerful and clearly compliment each other! They all have beautiful natural sparkle in them and I’m drawn to them! Thank you 🙏🏼
These look like rocks from the back garden. I have no idea what I have as there is no information card. I feel very disappointed. I understand rough crystals but these don’t even look like crystals.
