Your first box will be prepared and shipped in 48 hours post-subscription, typically arriving within 4-8 Business days. Future boxes are sent out on the 7th of each month.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes! You have the option to adjust the frequency of your boxes, receiving them bi-monthly, quarterly, or at other intervals.
Simply:

- Adjust to your preference.
Can I offer the Mindful Box to a loved one as a gift?
Absolutely! The gift of self-love is one of the most touching gifts you could give someone or even to yourself. And whichever the case may be, you can cancel anytime. You're always in full control of your subscription, even when it’s a gift.
What happens if I resubscribe after canceling my subscription?
On resubscribing, we continue the sequence from your last box, ensuring you don't receive repeat boxes.

What happens if my credit card is declined?
As we're based in the Netherlands, some banks might classify our charges as international, even though we bill in USD. You may need to authorize international payments with your bank.
How much is shipping?
All Mindful Boxes are shipped free of charge! Shipping from the US, your first box will reach you in 4-8 Business days, with future boxes being shipped on the 7th of each month with no shipping costs on your part.
I've moved and need to change my delivery address.
No problem at all! Log in and update your shipping address in your account, and don't forget to set it as your default address. That's it, all set for your next Mindful Box!

In my box I received a Buddy statue, a beautiful amethyst pendant, a gorgeous rose quartz tower, a bottle of rosemary essential oil, a mediation shawl and a lovely crystal bracelet. I also receive the free essential oils, which I expected to be blended, but now believe them to be pure essential oils which is amazing. Overall, for the price i paid I am over the moon with my 1st box.

Was presented well and appeared to be very well packaged. Arrived on the 8th day. The bracelet managed to get over my quite chunky wrist and did not look gappy. Reason for not quite five stars was because there was a sharp uncomfortable part on the necklace (I think where it had been burned off to tie the knot for the metal amethyst holder) and the Rose quartz point must have had a small chip out of one of the sides before it was cut out (as as I said the packaging was brilliant). I don't know if it was purposely all smelling of Rosemary, but I was able to tighten the cap on the oil when I opened it from it's cardboard box. Despite this if my daughter had not just told me after I ordered my first box she is getting married on boxing day in another country which I now have to save for I would have been looking forward to continuing with my subscription. Will look reassess next year.
Lovely selection of pieces, lovely free gift
I loved the products in this lovely box of goodies. I did have a slight hiccup when my bottle of Rosemary oil had leaked in transit, but it was dealt with so swiftly and efficiently that I have already received my replacement bottle! The oil smells so good too. Thank you so much, a gorgeous product, would be a beautiful gift for any budding witchling out there. Highly recommend!
I bought this and received the set of oils for free. To be fair, the set of oils is worth more than the subscription price so I am happy. However, I won’t carry on subscribing as a don’t believe the contents are worth the full subscription cost. Part of the box was a meditation shawl which I would never use , and not very nice colours or pattern to use as anything else.
Two items were damaged. I do not think it is good value for the price.
Fast delivery items carefully wrapped well worth the money better than i expected
I was fully expecting a multitude of crystals and I was so excited waiting for it to arrive. Unfortunately as you can see in the photo I have 1 crystal, an incredibly poorly made necklace with a small crystal and a bead bracelet. I appreciate that things may not be exactly as the image depicts, but to show 3 full crystals and then only send one seems poor form when that is the main sell of this box. The Buddha statuette is cute but not a crystal. The meditation shawl is maybe nice for some people but it’s certainly not my thing and again not a crystal! The essential oil seems unnecessary when sent with a free box full of essential oils. I will be having to dismantle the necklace as it is a cheap nylon thread with the crystal hanging off centre and being held on by what would appear to be some sort of glue which means the cheap thread has gone stiff around that area. The gold thread points of interest hang completely off centre. I am not normally one to complain, but having read such good reviews of this company I am going to hope this was just an error or I was just unfortunate and had the last box in a run that just didn’t get fully filled. I feel bad having to point out so many areas of displeasure with the box but I most certainly won’t be continuing my subscription to have to pay the full price for such a disappointing collection of non-crystals. Sorry for such a negative response, but worth you knowing I’m sure.
